Frequently asked questions
What counts as a signing event?
Each time a signer submits their response — accepting or rejecting clauses — that is one signing event. Viewing a document without submitting does not count toward your monthly total.
Is there a monthly signing event limit?
No plan has a monthly cap. Free is unlimited and free. Individual and Team are metered — every signing event is billed at $0.10, with no included allotment, charged automatically via Stripe. Enterprise pricing is negotiated separately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. You can manage your subscription from the Stripe Customer Portal inside your account settings.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free tier is free forever with unlimited signing events, so you can fully evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan. Individual and Team plans begin with your first billing cycle — no separate trial period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted via Stripe. Enterprise plans can arrange annual invoicing.
